To process your workshop registration, send you event communications (confirmation, joining details, reminders), and tailor the workshop content to attendees' actual work. We send marketing updates only if you tick the updates box — you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email.

How it's stored and shared

Your information is stored in a private, access-controlled cloud database (Supabase, hosted in Singapore — outside the Philippines) and is visible only to the Goodman Tech events team. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own use.

How long we keep it

Registration records are deleted 12 months after the event — 24 months if you opted into updates. You may ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under RA 10173 you may access, correct, or request deletion of your information, object to processing, or withdraw consent — email registrations@goodmantechsolutions.com and we'll act on it promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
